This 2-piece clutch shoe set for big block engines is made from purple anodized aluminum and is more durable that stock clutch shoes for longer clutch life. The alloy clutch material is also more stable at high operating temperatures, making them an excellent upgrade for high horsepower engines and extreme driving conditions. It is designed for the HPI Savage line of trucks. Each set come with two different spring types, silver and gold. Silver is recommended for the Nitro Star .25 engine while the gold springs are suited for high horsepower applications, like the HPI K4.6 engine. It also comes with adjustable screws for each shoe, allowing further tuning options based on track conditions and driver preferences
