After numerous requests JConcepts has hit the easy button once again and is now offering its most popular SCT tires pre-mounted on the new +3mm Hazard wheel. The Hazard wheel pre-mount combination fits a variety of vehicles including the SC10 RS, SC10 4x4 as a direct fit and SC10 FT, Losi XXX-SCT and SCB with 12mm hex adaptors.
Fits SCT 3.0" x 2.2" rims.
The Pressure Point SC tires are the latest low-height tread option specifically designed to tame high-speed courses with either wet or blue groove traction conditions. The design starts as an angular, low pin design as a carryover from the successful Bar Codes front tire line-up. The small “points” combined with “lower case” Y elements developed on the original Bar Codes V1 rear tire provide the ultimate in surface area “pressure” penetration and tack.
The inner side-wall has built-in ribbing which limits carcass collapse and increases support on the outside during hard cornering and driving. The inner ribbing, combined with the included JConcepts Profiled closed cell insert, is a perfect match to provide the ultimate in support, traction and consistency.
The Pressure Points are designed to be driven hard while maintaining the grip necessary to drive at the limit. The edges of the side-walls have been carefully rolled for a smooth transition during corning which limits traction-roll characteristics and allows the driver control during the all important tipping point every driver has experienced. Yellow Medium - Outdoor racing. High temperatures. Long life and consistent traction.
Blue Soft - All purpose compound. Excels in dusty and low bite conditions.
Green Super Soft - For conditions with minimum traction. Works extremely well on slippery, wet tracks.
White Medium - Outdoor racing. High temperatures. For abrasive track.
Orange Soft - Intended for black/blue groove. Excels on dry high temperature tracks.
Gold Soft Indoor - Developed for indoor clay surfaces.
Silver Super Soft Indoor - Developed for indoor clay surfaces. Not a replacement for gold compound. An option for a freshly, groomed track or offer a quick break-in alternative.
Black Mega Soft - For conditions with minimum traction. Works extremely well on slippery, wet tracks.
Red Medium-Soft - For high groove traction with broken sections. Excels on grippy surfaces which have taken rubber."
