This lightweight end plate is designed to lower the CG, improve air flow for better cooling and reduce motor weight. It reduces motor weight by 4 grams over the stock part. It comes with the motor bearing installed and is made from high quality orange anodized aluminum. It is a direct replacement for the Revtech or Duo3 motors.
