For more stability and greater control over rough terrain, Traxxas has the answer with the new extended chassis for the Revo 2.5R monster truck. The new extended chassis adds an additional 30mm to the wheelbase of a stock Revo 2.5R. This means improved power delivery for high-output engines, like the new TRX 3.3 Racing Engine, by reducing front end Lift under heavy acceleration. The extended chassis improves handling on extreme off-road terrain, over big rocks, or on rutted-out race tracks. This set-up took Traxxas’ driver Steve Slayden to the winners circle in the Arena Truck class at the 2005 R/C Pro USMT nationals. For the ultimate in extreme performance, combine the new Traxxas Revo center differential (part #5414) tra5414 and rear brake kit (part #5417) tra5417 with the Revo extended chassis.
