These XXX silver compound motor brushes do not burn or pit the   commutator.  With these motor brushes, 20 to 40 runs are possible, depending on your commutator maintenance.  Under racing conditions, cutting the commutator every 5 to 6 runs without replacing the brushes will allow you to run the brush until it no longer contacts the commutator. Super slippery formula lubricates commutator and increases revs.
